Learn how to get a powerful start on your region etudes as soon as they are released with Dr. Janysek! Receive tips and strategies for getting started with your etudes, as well as long-term planning for success. This class will be online with opportunities to practice on mute, play small chunks for the group, and ask questions! Dr. Janysek will provide all participants with a warm-up routine targeting tricky parts of the etude, discuss a plan for learning the etude in chunks, and talk about building focus throughout the year. This class has a $20 registration fee. All that is needed for the class is a device to access zoom (laptop/computer preferred), the etudes (will be sent to all registered participants), a pencil and highlighter, music stand, and your flute!
